Travel the world while staying in the Queen City as LiveLung's Inaugural Gala takes you on a food and beverage tour of four countries that will include wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in addition to a variety of foods from around the globeDon't forget to place your bids on the silent auction and purchase tickets for the exciting vacation get-away!

To celebrate National Lung Cancer Awareness Month, there will also be a VIP Lung Cancer Survivor Reception at 6:30 p.m. by invitation only.

Package Options

Make this a night to remember by selecting one of our hotel rooms. Packages include a room at The Morehead Inn, a bottle of wine, and a full breakfast the morning of your departure. Prices vary depending on room style.

Event Details

PARKING – Parking is extremely limited behind The Morehead Inn. However, there is a large parking lot directly across the street from the Inn on Berkeley Avenue. A volunteer will be outside to help guide you.

 

ATTIRE – There isn’t a dress code, but cocktail attire is suggested.

 

ENTRANCE – Please use the back entrance to The Morehead Inn. The path will be lit and a volunteer will provide directions.

 

TICKETS – This event is ticketless, so there is no need to print your receipt or show proof of purchase. Instead, you and your guests are on a list at the registration table. Simply provide your name to our volunteers.

 

PHOTOS – A professional photographer will be at the event as well as a photo booth. Bring your best game-face, folks!

 

RAFFLE – Ticket sales for the raffle will close at 9:00 pm on Saturday. The drawing will be held at 9:15 pm and the winner will be contacted by Sunday, November 3. If you haven’t purchased a ticket, you’d better do so soon because they’re going fast. Remember, there are only 100 tickets in the drawing for your choice of a luxurious vacation valued at $3,400. Winners need not be present.

 

SILENT AUCTION – We have received some fabulous donations to our silent auction. Be sure to take a look at the gallery in the registration area. Want a sneak peek? Go to our online gallery! WINE PULL – Don’t miss our exciting wine pull during registration. We have chosen an outstanding selection of wines with values up to $70. There are only 25 bottles up for grabs at $25 per pull. Pick up a cork when you arrive and take a bottle of wine home with you when you leave.
