About the Speaker

Stephanie Rehm has more than 30 years of experience helping patients experiencing age-related and neurological conditions as well as lymphedema. She believes that physical therapists play an important role in keeping people mobile and independent. Rehm values having a partnership with her patients and listening to their needs and concerns. When Rehm is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and playing music in the Salem Community Orchestra.


**NEVER use a TENS machine over open skin and ALWAYS consult with your physician before using it over a chest scar or if you have a pacemaker. Use caution when using a TENS over the chest area to have cleared by MD and the research for TENS has mostly been on hands and feet. Additionally, speak with your doctor about any medications or supplements that you want to try. Be sure to receive permission from your medical provider before using ANY of the treatments mentioned in the video.
